I have lost a son; Caleb has lost his brother. We have lost our world.
There are no words to express how we feel.
I will share Joshua's story in time, but for now, please allow us space to grieve privately.
His friends paid their last respects yesterday, and left many wonderful messages.

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
- Psalm 34:18
Dear Sharon,
I was heartbroken to hear about the loss of your precious son Joshua. In times of such profound sorrow, words can hardly capture the depth of what we feel, but know that you and Caleb are in my thoughts and prayers.
May you experience God's peace and comfort that surpasses all understanding during this immensely difficult time. Should you need a listening ear from Austin, Texas, I am here for you.
With heartfelt sympathy and prayers,
Terry
Sharon, really sorry to learn that you have lost Joshua. It was really a shock . My deepest condolences to you n Caleb. Take care.
We have not met before, but I remember you during the time you were still with Dell. I too, have lost a son at 8 months during an open heart surgery nearly twenty years ago. The pain and grief were so raw and fresh. Too many questions begging for an answer that never came. A lot of what ifs and I had I or had I not.
My heartfelt condolence to you and your family

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Sharon. My deepest condolences and may Joshua rest in peace. Ivan from Hamburg, Germany.
Sharon,
I am at a loss for words as I cannot begin to understand how you feel as I have not experienced the same loss as you now have without Joshua. I appreciate that I do not know you or your family very well, however from all of my interactions with you then I do know that he was blessed to have you in his life and all of those wonderful messages from his friends are due to you - his mother. Best, Martin
